Caridad (Carrie) Rivera, was born and raised in Chicago, IL, and after college, she began working in administrative and paralegal positions for a variety of  local law firms, Fortune 500 companies, and for the State of Illinois from 1994 to 2004.

Carrie has been a public servant for the last 30 years and continues to serve her community including low income families with legal documentation and notary needs.
