CNS reserves the right and discretion to cancel appointments and charge a
cancellation fee if either of the following occur:

    1. Loan Documents contain multiple name errors, missing pages, illegible, or
    incorrectly dated. WE DO NOT NOTARIZE BACK DATED DOCUMENTS!

    2. No proper identification is shown to notary at the time of the signing - only for
    mobile traveling services (does not apply to in office appts)

Any legal (non-financial) documents found to have multiple errors or contain incorrect
information will not be notarized and may be subject to retyping at an additional
documentation fee as listed above.
