Illinois State Filing Fee We will bond you, through a surety insurance company, and then after we secure your bond, we will submit your mandatory filing fee to the Illinois Secretary of States Office for Processing. 3. Self-Inking Stamp Illinois Notary Law Requires a Rubber Stamp. Please note that the whole process takes approximately 4-6 weeks to process, the delay is not us, it is the Secretary of States Office in Springfield. |
